Jim brings a unique collaborative spirit to working with crew, but his specialty is in actor-coaching. Regular feedback on Jim's sets, which are run on budget, on time, and with kindness, is that the actor work is unlike any established crew members have ever witnessed before. This is likely thanks to his MFA in directing from the Actors Studio Drama School.
